My 3 year old and I went downtown Salt Lake today. We went to see my friend Jenny Phillips at Deseret Book. She has a new book and CD out and was doing a book signing event at Deseret Book. We walked around Temple Square first and had a picnic. Here are a few pictures from today.

The new Deseret Book store is amazing! There are statues, artifacts and amazing art work displayed. The statue below is a mere $20.000. It truly is amazing though. This is a statue of Joseph Smith's First Vision. The figures in mid-air are Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.
