Bring Change 2 Mind

I posted this on my other blog but I wanted to put it on this blog as well. I think we all know someone with a mental illness. I turned on the TV today and saw Glenn Close on The View with her bi-polar sister. It was meant to be that I tuned in at that time. I struggle with depression and have since I was a kid. It's not something that will just "go away". It's an illness I have and have to deal with every single day of my life. Their message is amazing. Please watch this video. I absolutely LOVE the way it was created. I've lost many friends over my depression. I think because they didn't know what to do or say. But that's ok now because I know who my true friends and family are!

Thank you for sharing that. In Utah I had so many people who understood what my depression meant for me because they battled it as well. Here I have run into supportive but un-knowing as well as down right rude and un-caring people. I miss having a support system there.
