Should I Make Resolutions?

This cartoon pretty much sums up how the beginning of every year starts out for me. I always sit down and think about what I want to accomplish during the new year and that's about it. I think that the beginning of a new year is a great time to really start thinking about changes you want to make. But what about the rest of the year? Are you only going to set your goals at the beginning of each year? If you are like me you are constantly setting and re-setting goals ALL year long.
But this year is different for me. I have a feeling this is going to be a year of CHANGE.  I've felt this way for a long while now.  So we'll see what the future holds for us!  As for me, myself and I, I want this year to be a year in which I lose weight and get our finances in order.  I tried Weight Watchers last year and failed.  I just wasn't ready to do it for ME, you know?  But I am excited about it now.  I'm also terrified.  So wish me luck if you'd like and I'll keep you posted on my progress!

I read this quote and it changed my way of thinking about goals... "I think in terms of the day’s resolutions, not the year’s." I think goals are so important, but resolutions I tend to fail at so, maybe daily goals are the key to success and even if that means getting up in the morning with a smile on our face.... I made some goals this year they are on my blog www.laaaaamb.blogspot.com let me know what you think... Good luck with weight watchers!!
