So Yummy!!

On Good Things Utah this morning they demonstrated this recipe. It looked so good I decided to make them for dinner! We love breakfast for dinner sometimes. These are so filling. And you don't need much syrup at all! They are so good and good for you! Try them!

Banana Nut Pancakes

1-2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 C whole grain pancake mix (I didn't have whole wheat mix. I used just the regular and it was still so good)
1 C milk
1/2 C raisins
1/4 C syrup
1/4 C chopped walnuts (I left these out)
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon batter onto hot griddle. I set mine to 300 degrees. Cook about 3 min on each side. Top with Maple Raisin Syrup.

Maple Raisin Syrup

1/2 C syrup
1/4 C raisins
1/4 t cinnamon

mix together and heat over med heat.

Glad to know someone who's tried them. I watch things on there and wonder if they are as good as the ladies say they are. Most of the ones I've tried have been. I have to add that to our dinner menu this week. Breakfast for dinner is one of my favorite things!
